Power Compatibility
The Pedalboard.App builder has a built-in power compatibility checker that makes sure your power supply is capable of powering the pedals you've added.
Power Compatibility Status
Once you add a power supply to your pedalboard, the app will automatically check to see if the power supply is compatible with the pedals you've added.
See the power compatibilty status icon in the bottom-right of the pedalboard canvas. If an issue is found, the icon will turn red and and a message displayed in the sidebar explaining what the issue is. If the power supply is compatible, the icon will turn green.
Specifying Pedal Voltage
Some pedals can operate on more than one voltage. On pedals that support this, you can select the voltage that you're running the pedal at via the pedal's options menu. This will allow the power compatibility checker to accurately validate your pedalboard's power based on how you choose to run your pedals.
Keep Your Power Supply Off Board
Many musicians choose to keep their power supplies off or under their pedalboard. In the app, any power supply can be set as being on or off board which enables the power compatibility checker even if you don't want the power supply to be displayed on the pedalboard.
